By registering for, accessing, or using The Healer Net platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Healer Net is a holistic wellness directory and community platform that connects wellness practitioners with individuals seeking holistic health services. We provide tools for practitioners to list their services, connect with clients, and participate in wellness events and festivals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Wellness practitioners who list their services on The Healer Net are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, not misleading, and complies with all applicable laws and professional regulations.

The Healer Net does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the qualifications, credentials, or services of any practitioner listed on the platform. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any practitioner.

The Founding Member Programme offers early access and exclusive benefits to practitioners who join during the launch phase. Founding Member status and associated benefits are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Participation in the Founding Member Programme does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the practitioner and The Healer Net.

You agree not to use the platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, abuse, or harm other users; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform.

All content on The Healer Net platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of The Healer Net or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without our prior written consent.

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Healer Net does not provide medical advice. Content on the platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healer Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or its services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
